    Brand Strategy & Positioning

We clarify what you stand for, who you're for, and what makes you the only logical choice. This is the foundation everything else sits on.

  • 02

    Naming & Verbal Identity

From studio names to product lines, we craft language that is distinct, ownable, and impossible to mishear. Tone of voice guidelines included.

  • 03

    Visual Identity Design

Logo, typography, color, iconography, and the rules that bind them. A system built for consistency — and flex.

  • 04

    Brand Guidelines

A working document your whole team can use. Not a PDF that lives in a drawer, but a practical guide to applying your brand across every context.

  • 05

    Collateral & Brand Touchpoints

Business cards, presentation decks, signage, social templates, packaging briefs. The places where brand identity either holds — or falls apart.

  • 06

    Brand Refresh & Evolution

You don't always need to start over. Sometimes a precise, considered evolution is more powerful than a full rebrand. We know the difference.

Our approach

Every studio has a process. What separates good branding from forgettable branding isn't the steps — it's the thinking behind them. At Ivy, we don't skip the strategic groundwork to get to the "good part." The strategic groundwork is the good part.

Discovery & Immersion → Strategy & Positioning → Concept Development → Identity Design → Application & Systems Build → Handover & Activation

Questions

The things everyone wants to know before they reach out

How long does a branding project typically take?

Most projects take 4–6 weeks from kick-off to handover. Timelines mainly depend on client feedback speed, but we build realistic schedules into every proposal and consistently deliver on them.

Do you work with early-stage companies that don't have a brief yet?

That’s a great starting point. Discovery is designed to clarify your needs before work begins, so even without a formal brief, we can shape direction together. A general vision is enough—we’ll help articulate and refine it into scope.

Who will actually be working on my project?

Your project is led by a senior designer from day one. At Ivy, there are no juniors handed work after the sales call. The person you speak with is the person who builds your brand.

What do you need from me to get started?

A confirmed brief (we'll help you write it if needed), any existing brand assets, examples of brands you admire, and a first payment to secure your project slot. We'll send a clear onboarding doc after our intro call.

Your brand should be doing more work than it is

Let's fix that — properly, and together.
